    Pros

    Excellent insurance benefits and the ability to earn overtime

    Cons

    Schedule could vary from 4am to 7am start with one day notice,,no time to plan for babysitters, or keep appointments

    Pros

    easy work environment......good benifits....social environment is workable.....leadership on the entry level is good.

    Cons

    policies and procedures cookie cutter not case by case basis.....advancement based on who you are friends with in the upper rank of management not on dependability, education, skills etc.

    Advice to Management

    Re-evaluate your policies and handle them on a case by case basis instead of using a blanket policy to cover all events that happens to the employee. Base advancement on not who is the favored employee but who is best suited for the fob I. E. the one who has the experience and the knowledge should be the one getting the promotion .
