I worked at Osram Sylvania
Pros – For the most part, people treated each other with respect. There were open lines of communication and procedures for when an issue was encountered.
Cons – There was an "us and them" mentality for a lot of the workforce. The gap between office workers and floor workers needs to be bridged.
Advice to Senior Management – work with your management more to try to create more equality in the workforce. Equality and trust could help the culture of the plant.
