    Pros

Great benefits and the people that work there are good.

    Cons

People leave/get fired and management only gives more responsibilities to the people that stays behind without ever replacing them.

    Advice to Management

upgrade your technology or hire more people or both.

    Pros

This company has wonderful people that work for it. The leaders however are only focused on themselves and not on empowering people around them to do their work. All decisions are made at the CEO level. Walt does not trust his directs to make simple decisions.

    Cons

The CEO is controlling and penny pinching resulting in making it hard to keep motivated, engaged employees. It is almost impossible to give anyone a promotion and making money at the corporate office is a joke. Company is stuck in 1992 and needs to move forward.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the company.

    Pros

Good stepping stone position for medical device sales

    Cons

limited on how far you go in field and within the company.

    Advice to Management

Less "me too" products and more innovation. Be a leader.

    Pros

There are no pros except for good benefits.

    Cons

This place sucks. Upper management does not care about the employees at all they would rather make their money then to see you happy at your work place. One of the directors is very racist. They are more concerned about quantity rather then quality. You cannot move up in this company no matter how many years you are there or how great you work. They treat you very disrespectfuly. No one should every work here. Definitely the work 3 year of my life. Hopefully owners will realize the directors are the worst they could have hired.

    Advice to Management

You should all be fired. Every last manager, you have no idea how to be a manager or run a company. You will be the reason the company will fail.

    Pros

Very clean, organized, climate controlled shop. Easy place to make a paycheck. Great place to get hired and retire, if you can deal with the internal politics.

    Cons

Support staff severely lacking. Company is more concerned, in many cases, with placing blame and completing paperwork than they are with actually creating quality products.

    Advice to Management

Support your people, don't just play the "blame game". The goal for many mid-level managers is to determine who to blame for an issue, not how to fix it.

    I worked at Osteomed full-time

    Pros

great benefits, great work experience (ability to work in the OR and see dozens of different procedures), overall good product

    Cons

terrible training by upper management- I was thrown into the field with no prior OR experience for over 4 months before I finally went to training. I felt by that point bridges had already been burned with certain accounts because I "didn't know what I was doing." You are left to figure everything out on your own, which is fine in some fields, but not when you are working so closely with surgeons.

  10. Very poor leadership even worse morale.

    Pros

Chance to get foot in the door in medical sales.

    Cons

too many to list. manager use intimidation and threats. Upper management is extremely out of touch and doesn' t understand the industry. Morale is at an all time low. this company is failing and will probably go under within 2 years.

    Advice to Management

Learn your products and learn the industry.

    Pros

Building is new and people seem to get along. Products are good and some of the benefits are decent.

    Cons

Senior Management. No long range planning. No trust in letting the employees being involved to solve issues. No career growth or advancements.

    Advice to Management

Create a OPEN DOOR policy and listen to others that have valuable input. Don't assume your way is the only way and that the people doing their jobs are the experts not senior managment sitting in offices.
