I have been working at Otsuka

    Pros

This company seems promising with they hype they give you when you start but don't believe it they are just like big pharma.

    Cons

Weird company claims they are different yet follow what everyone else does. There is nothing wildly creative about them. They don't encourage out of the box thinking they want you stupid and to put on a show for managers.

I worked at Otsuka full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Otuska shokai is listed in japan that is best reason. Another reason is this company have variety product (independence from maker ) so As sales representative can propose variety product(from multifunction printer to datacenter, CAD,CAM,BI) to the company.

    Cons

his company’s job will not change, if you get promotion. In daily routine, most of sales representative is struggling with meeting quota (is evaluated by monthly) so I can’t recommend this job to the person have long term vision and long term strategy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company’s upper management is too strict about meeting quota and They can’t focus on growth of employee. More than that, employee can’t expect for ability of management skill from manager. But in other words, workers can learn how to manage themselves.
