Current Employee – been working at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital
Pros – Since it is a small hospital, the patients get more one on one care than at large hospitals.
Cons – It is not the most cutting edge of technology.
Advice to Senior Management – To respect the "small" people because if it weren't for them doing their jobs, you wouldn't have yours.
