Pros
This is a stable job. People are nice and you get to know everyone you work with. There is a lot of good opportunity you wouldn't get elsehwere.
Cons
The pay is a bit low for industry standards and that could be improved i belive. But that is it.
Advice to Senior Management
It would be nice if salaries where a more. It is nice having a job and opportunities here are great.
