    Pros

    Overstock provided a great work/life balance and offered many benefits. For the most part, they took care of their employees.

    Cons

    Overstock.com could have done a better job at providing a career progression plan within the company.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Overstock needs to do a better job at focusing on its core competencies. Many times they bounce from idea to idea.
