    Pros

Very direct and honest. They treat everyone as if they are part of the family no matter what role they place you in. They will go the extra mile for you and once your contract ends, they will work until they have another for you. They are excellent about keeping in touch and will consistently meet with you for lunch.

    Cons

The only negative is that they focus mostly on contract opportunities. Their website can be difficult to navigate and they do not post all of their openings there.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your employee first focus

Since many of their positions are contract jobs. It can take a long time to obtain another position with them.

    Advice to Management

Please take more time to followup with prior employees in regards to new positions available. I get contacted about once a year.
