    Pros

    good salary if you get higher up the ladder and that's it

    Cons

    poor working environment; broken chairs, no air conditioning, noise, poor ambience

    ever changing policies always tailored to screw over the employee

    no career advancement options; its like driving on a 10lane road into a single lane tunnel

    retention policy is a joke at best and only benefits the director level

    health policy is sick

    increments and promotions should be transparent, SMART goals should be enforced; how can a employee who achieves 1 goal and another who achieves all his goals and their goals are the same get the same increment?

    the red tape to get the benefits which a certain designation is entitled to are made so difficult that the employee feels better just to forget about it

    no perks are given on time and then stated that our books have closed for the month

    job designation and job roles do not match and exist only on paper

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    invest in the employee well-being more, go for a decent work/life balance

    health policy should be the same from kitchen staff to CEO, treat people like equals in terms of their health

    retention policy should be revised to be atleast last drawn basic pay of the employee OR be reverted to the original 1xSalary 1st year, 1.5xSalary 2nd year, 2xSalary onwards

    increments should be based on merit and not on recommendations or dirty tactics of resign and get rewarded

    learn to value the employee while he is at the company instead of when he resigns

    Pros

    A very friendly and a very cooperative working environment is one of the biggest reasons for working here at Ovex.

    Technology wise, it is by far the best company operating in Pakistan. Ovex is using the latest technology which is competitive to any other Multi-National working world-wide.

    Cons

    The timings of the job are very odd, this is the only one draw back of this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The insurance Policy for the Employees, the retention Bonus and the monetary & non-monetary benefits for employees should be revised.
