I have been working at Oxford Global Resources full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – *high bonus percentage
*better than decent benefits
*dress code not too strict
Cons – *mandatory overtime
*all management is from within most of them it's their first and only job
*they have had the same phone dummy rules since the 80s, they don't work and their top performers and managers never reach them but management will keep shoving the idea down your throat, the managers here are walking hr violations. No real management training and development.
*high mark-ups don't allow them to get the best consultants like they claim to clients they recruit.
*good ole boy system will have you looking stupid because you send great candidates but they are never sent to the client but they make it seem like it was and you never get feedback to give consultants.
* they make you feel bad about taking time off or not working extra on top of the mandatory OT
Advice to Senior Management – open yourselves up to new ideas and stop being SO scared of the person above you.

I have been working at Oxford Global Resources
Pros – Oxford is an incredibly loyal employer that treats its loyal employees extraordinarily well. Oxford always "has your back."
Cons – Inside sales is a difficult job that is not for everyone. Other firms may offer a larger base salary.
Advice to Senior Management – Thanks for your support over the years. I hope new hires/up and comers have the opportunites you've granted me.
