    Pros

Timesheet system is at least online based so it makes it easy to submit your weekly timecard.

    Cons

No PTO, no raises - even if you've been a contractor for 2+ years. No communication unless you are late submitting time. No one calls to check in to see if you need anything or if the company is treating you well (which they are not). If you do have an issue, there is no one to contact. This company seems to be more focused on filling positions quickly, than they are with building strong relationships with the people who are making them money.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your people who make you money, and maybe check on your people every once in a while.

    Pros

    Decent wages for contract employment.

    Cons

No real communication with employees. Left me stranded at the end of my contract with the first company.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like you care about their well being. Communicate! Stay in touch at least weekly. Do a better job trying to retain employees between contract positions. Be pro-active and keep us informed of your efforts to find us a position when in between contracts.

    Pros

Worked to get me interviews / opportunities at local companies looking for people with my qualifications. Seemed genuinely interested in meeting my job search requirements, although some opps were below my salary requirements

    Cons

Asked me to revise my resume numerous times - my initial resume submission was up to date and very well formatted - the same resume has secured me many interviews/jobs in the past.

    Advice to Management

stop hiring anyone off the street who will take the Recruiter job, professionalism and experience matters
