    Pros

    Flexible working environment. Good people who would like to improve.

    Cons

    Process is not consistent, difficult to find information, skills of team leader/manager are not developed to the full potential. Communication is not cleared in various fields

    Advice to Management

    Invest more into human development. Manager have to take accountability to their work. Process need to be refined

    Collaborative, MNC like. Car park provided.

    Cons

    Heavy traffic place. No stock options.

    Advice to Management

    Have shuttle service to LRT.

    Pros

    Great colleagues. Nice environment with gym and cafetaria. Casual and flexible environment. Own parking though limited.

    Cons

    High attrition. Especially in HR. Insider info says HR political. Good people cannot survive. CEO only listens to his few chosen ones and boys club. Racial. Toxic environment. CEO and cohorts do not like alignment with TM.

    Advice to Management

    TM should play a more active role in P1. Replace CEO.

    Pros

    TM Berhad is the major share holder of the company. Apart from that, there is hardly any positive advantages in working there.

    Cons

    Highly toxic culture and working environment. CEO leadership is questionable- leads with an iron fist. It is the CEO's way or the highway. A lot of time wasted due to unnecessary politicking involving Sr Management right down to the juniors. Direction is not clear.

    Advice to Management

    TM Berhad needs to replace the CEO in order to align the company to TM objectives. CEO is disruptive and will adversely impact the future of the company.

    Casual and laid back working culture, no dress code, open communication.

    Cons

    Staff benefits, annual leaves, employee engagement

    Advice to Management

    Improves staff benefits. Increase employee engagement programme to boost staff morale. Probably to consider flexi working hours for the staff? Studies shows that staff will be more productive when they are happier.

    Pros

    - Very laxed working environment with awesome and helpful colleagues. - Talents are being acknowledged greatly by superiors if we work smart to achieve our KPIs. - Very lean organization with office politics almost non-existent. - Muhibbah culture as everyone get along regardless of race. - Flexi hours of work and lunch hours; no penalization of any form. - Casual attire to office makes you feel motivated to work and you don't have to be who you don't want to be. - No micro-managing from superiors as they emphasize on us in completing the task and achieving KPIs/results. - Working environment is comfortable and conducive.

    Cons

    - Communication can experience breakdowns and delays between departments (some people just don't read emails). - Indecisiveness in making a crucial decision is evident in rolling out campaigns. - Transparency is questionable hopefully there will be improvements - Benefits is pretty basic.

    Advice to Management

    - HR should automate things in cloud, i.e MC application etc. Consider using/investing in better systems. - If the brand needs to be world class, please revise and improve benefits. External PR cannot sustain without internal PR's support. - Directions can often change on management level making employees confused. - Customer service need a lot of improvements especially in the online/digital front. This is 21st century where people take it to the social media! - Lack of company events that should usually be organized annually and regularly - annual dinners, trips, conferences etc. - Need to get out and do more CSRs, sponsorship's etc to make the brand known - Parking has been the bane especially for female junior executives who need to stay back as the distance to the car park pose a threat to the employee's security. HR need to remedy this by expanding or finding nearer alternative parking.

    Fast changing envirornment, your superior might lack of experience for his/her position

    Advice to Management

    Need to QC when hire, especially for manager & above position. Have to ensure the people has the skill or experience that suit the position/ department. Total years of working experience with no experience for the position, will affect the company performance and is unfair for the subordinate.

    Pros

    P1 has an amazing work culture that echoes their Brand attributes - Relatively Young, Fast, Open and Collaborative. Overall a good feel at the end of a very long and stretched day. Divisions, departments and people often come together to contribute ideas, time and energy - Great place to learn and contribute fresh ideas.

    Cons

    Expect to be stretched, learning is mostly on job and get ready for dynamic and fast changes - Decisions are often made in a fluid and dynamic manner.

    Advice to Management

    Structured and certified training would be good to up-skill people and their professional profiles.

    Pros

    Adopt flexible working environment, no dress code and allow open communication. Is definitely a work life balance organisation.

    Cons

    Perks and staff benefits like medical, annual leaves and need to be improved.

    Advice to Management

    To provide flexi working hours to staff, review medical benefit, staff benefits, increase employer EPF contribution, be resourceful in recruitment and speed up recruitment process.
