    100% Travel

    Engineer (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsSmall Company, less than 150 employees.

ConsThis place wants you to be on the road 365 days of the year. Not what I signed up for. Very little help or sympathy from Operations Management.

Advice to Senior ManagementEven people that like to travel can't keep up with the demands of this job. If you don't let people have a life outside of work they are going to look elsewhere and find something much more reasonable.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

A place to sink or swim

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsSmall company atmosphere where you are open to preform and exceed expectations. Has some very smart people working in the lower ranks.

ConsLow level employees are often over worked and eventually burn out. Company has a hard time keeping its talent. Also seems to be a surplus of managers with some confusion as to what some of them do.

    Good stepping stone

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsIt is a high energy environment, great opportunity to advance one's career, high level of responsibility for mid-management, major impact to the bottom line, small family atmosphere, strong meritocracy

ConsLeadership is weak, corporate direction and structure changes frequently (except executives, the owners manage), reactionary movement with the market, lack of focus, heavy burden on employees if they are willing to step up. Apparently there is high turn-over although I have not seen excessive lay-offs.

Advice to Senior ManagementReign in the reactionary movement and commit to a goal for 3-5 years. That will be the difference between mediocrity and greatness.
