Details
Pros
Its a great place to start off if you do not yet have a degree. Tech's get payed overtime.
Cons
The zany commercials. They didn't bother me too much but when I told people I worked there I would often get labeled as different just because of the commercials.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus the advertising more towards your customers (i.e. people who have the extra money for a computer but are not tech savvy).
