I have been working at PCAOB

    Pros

The work is interesting if you believe in and care about the mission. Pay and benefits are good. Generally very talented and interesting colleagues. Reasonable work-life balance, particularly excellent vacation benefits. The new Chairman is a genuinely inspiring guy. I believe this will become a stronger organization in the next few years.

    Cons

Sometimes limited opportunities for advancement. Organization has become more bureaucratic over time. Sometimes slow to deal with employees who are not pulling their own weight.

    I worked at PCAOB

    Pros

    - 40 hour work weeks
    - 6 weeks vacation
    - Great people. Professional, amicable, hard-working.
    - Great leadership at the top.

    Cons

    - Not enough action. If you are a work-aholic, this isn't the place to be.
    - Not a lot of young professionals (22 to 35) in the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

PCAOB is great place to work and has a great culture! Keep up the great work.
