    “Good at PCCW”

    Pros

    Enough training course provided inlcuding technical and softskill. Good career path. Able to communicate with management team frequently. Good working environment.

    Cons

    There is less chance to let employee working in other field/area. Competition between their markets has already saturated and is being more intense.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Let employee to develop their interest field
