Pros
good for graduate as they can see how a local large company works
Cons
development is limited, salary is average, many meetings and little practical actions can be done, manu focuses mean no focus and staff especially the business frontline do not know how to do, or for some department, they do not need to do much and waiting for retirement. very long working hours and benefits are gradually cut off. resources is limited, and much pressure is given to frontlines or middle management to attain tough target. caring for people is just a slogan and actually most of the staff cannot feel it at all, morale is low, and turnover rate is high. it is not good for long term development
Advice to Senior Management
it is hard to survive if the management cannot change
