    Pros

The company is stable, and many of the people here are nice.

    Cons

Several members of executive leadership are either too stuck in their ways or too fearful of change to fight for any real progress. The company over-values outsourcing labor overseas, causing countless internal headaches.

The company is so large that some people take advantage and hide in the masses. Some people show up late, leave early, don't get anything done, and somehow face little to no reprimand. Other employees, meanwhile, work 50+ hour weeks, are continuously given more responsibility, are continuously told they need to do more, and are not recognized for it. Promotions and raises do not come. Whatever position you sign up for, you will likely be at in 5 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show a little more interest in your own subordinates and a little less in how to politically out-maneuver people from other departments. Executive leadership gives little to no direction for how employees can grow within the company. Departments are cut, and managers are expected to do more with less staff. You can't expect people to stick around if there's no light at the end of the tunnel, no direction to get there, and no feedback.

    Cons

Account managers are not only responsible for their own clients customer service but also everyone elses. Management is always looking for ways to reduce commissions paid.

    Pros

Great management in a few places, Lunch and learns are great, and vendor outings are fun in the summer.

    Cons

--Management lies about updating the system constantly, and its a revolving door of repetition.
--The same focuses every month, and the pay structure is an industry worst. It is barely enough to even survive off of.
--Good to get you in the door of the tech industry, but get out as fast as you can.
--So many cons to list... Only work here if you have no other alternatives

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop relying on vendors to supplement the income of execs. Give people a reason to stay in this industry.
Get rid of the dinosaur CRM system. You spend hours each day trying to drop and add accounts, and filling out unneeded paperwork.
They will feed you the same story just to boost morale, but nothing changes.
