I worked at PCM full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are some good people there but that's about all the pros I can think of

    Cons

Very very very very unorganized! Low pay very little to no resources! Out-dated CRM which makes doing very simple task a long process!

I have been working at PCM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really can't think of any positive things to write. Maybe that they are next to Ralphs grocery and there is an In and Out being built across the street

    Cons

Laughable notion of knowing customers, shot gun approach to marketing and sales, a god awful joke of a shadow of a data warehouse, some executives who really should be taking meds to control their schizophrenic tendencies.

    Advice to Management

Stop living the shoot first, shoot some more and then maybe aim mentality. Have coherent strategy that segments your customers and market to them based on their segment.

    Pros

    let me think on it

    Cons

base is horrible, management really lied to me twice, the only training there is is on the in-house system, commission is really bad, I mean horrible. You google your leads, This job was a huge mistake. No wonder the stock is so low.

    Cons

Laundry list....most importantly, low base, low margin, very unorganized!

    Advice to Management

The entire process needs revision, two many steps for what could be a very simple process!

    I worked at PCM full-time

    Pros

Direct managers very easy to work for. They worked hard to make it a good environment to work in. Everyone on the team was great to work with.

    Cons

For such a large company, they were very much like a start up. Had to use tools for the job that were not meant to do what we needed them for. High employee turnover rate.
