Scary investments make me wonder about our exec management

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey are now very profitable and in a good position to grow further by catching the 4G wave. They also strive for strong corporate governance, ie., ethics, code of conduct, etc. They have strong 'liquid' capital and beginning to invest in new business opportunities.

ConsEmployees get little insight into company business strategies and don't have much of a voice. The executive management doesn't seem to know everything they should about who they're investing with.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease be cautious, very cautious about who you're investing/venturing with. Be proactive about getting feedback from your employees.
