I worked at PG Professional Golf full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There is not much good to say about the company to be honest

    Cons

Where do I begin. The Management is immoral. The workers are not paid overtime. Fear is the best weapon in this environment. If you do not want to be psychologically scared for the rest of your life, avoid this place like a plague.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just vanish somewhere, it would be better for all. Especially Accounting team

I have been working at PG Professional Golf full-time

    Pros

A few employees are nice and hardworking

    Cons

A lot of politics within management, very poor treatment of employees in terms of compensation and general appreciation, particularly in some departments. The company will do anything to squeeze profits and the employees will have to pay the price. Don't work for this company if you'd like your career to progress- choose a bigger one with more opportunities and more checks and balances

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your Finance/ Accounting leadership and review other Managerial actions and decisions

I worked at PG Professional Golf

    Pros

In the golf industry and it appears fun from the outside. Relaxed work place attire. All their sales are driven by inside sales.

    Cons

They expect you to work 12 + hours a day when they leave the office early every day. Even if you exceed the numbers it's not good enough. 40% returns are not enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you preach. Move out of the old fashion business management. Look at the bottom line and let it drive your business. You shouldn't have 8 people in accounting for a 15million dollar company. Accounting has more employees than sales. This is really backwards if you're looking to drive a multi million dollar company.
