“An ever growing positive”
I have been working at PHX Construction full-time for more than a year
Pros – -Growing Business
-Unlimited potential
-Ever changing environment in an industry that is continuing to grow as the world population grows
Cons – -Long Hours
-Tendency to have a lot of days of travel
Advice to Senior Management – Look to hire more employees and continue to stay on the leading edge of technology.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
