    Pros

    Very helpful and provided an insight to consulting experience of a Full time worker. I gained a great amount of professional skill and expertise on the project I was involved with and the other employees are always willing to help.

    Cons

    Would have preferred for work on projects.

    Big clients (obtained by virtue of contacts and not quality) so good exposure to varied nature of assignments

    Cons

    Sycophants rule, no proper rating for employees, no HR process, no training, people treated as resources and not humans

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please have a proper HR structure and hiring practice, fair appraisal process and no family members of employees as HR who serve each others interests !!

    Friendly working environment and staff size less than 100. No office politics. Many learning opportunities and entrusted with responsibility.

    Exposure may not be great as most clients are smaller in size.

    Great work environment and staff to work with. Decent clientele as compared to big 4's.

    Cons

    Promotions based on tenure and not work efficiency. Your life there completely (including the bonus) completely depends on your manager.

    Pros

    Good for fresh graduates as PKF is relatively small, job will give you a lot of responsibilities. Great colleauge, good company culture.(flexible, team building acticities, company dinner..)

    Cons

    Low salary, taxi/meal claim for overtime wasn't paid even partner promised that can be claimed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management need to value the important of people, so turnover will be much lower.
