    Pros

There isn't any pros at this company. Stay away or you will learn to hate all of man kind. 2 weeks paid vacation.

    Cons

Long 12 hour days on salary, horrible pay, poor upper management, doesn't respect home life. To many meetings about nothing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making your employees buy their own uniforms. Care about them as people instead of robots, they have feelings to.

    Pros

Can master great multi tasking skills.

    Cons

Wage, hours, disorganized, unprofessional, terrible management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is honestly the worst please I have ever worked for. Their motto is "Why PLS? Because you deserve better." For their customers & employees however they do not care about their employees. They have them working 7 days a week & doubles. This is means 7am - 12am shifts. & now that they are 24 hours in some locations, the second shift is required to stay over night if the overnight shift can't make it for whatever reason even if they have to open the next day. They show no urgency to hire more people even if the store is low in staff & in reality they'll never hire quality people to work there because the pay is awful. They have all these expectations & standards but can't even pay a decent wage. Supervisors got no breaks since we're not allowed to leave the "cage". & to make it worse usage of cellphones is completely banned. The job duties for a shift supervisor is too much to handle for just about 11$ an hour. The customer service there isn't so good because the employer doesn't care about their employees. How do they expect them to do their job if they're unappreciated? There's always a problem with paychecks (missing hours, missing vacation pay, holiday hours) & corporate refuses to take matters & the urgency it takes to attend to those needs. & when they're finally handled it's about 4 pay periods later. I would never recommend this employer to a friend & will make sure everyone knows how terrible this company is.

    Pros

Great pay at the corporate office. Really, they pay too much for the talent they attract! Very insulting to the hard-working individuals at the stores.

    Cons

These people are so uneducated, inexperienced, uncouth and down-right loathsome. Their standards and policies are antiquated and sad, lending themselves to the low caliber talent they currently hold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your eyes and learn how your "managers" are treating people. Your turnover rate is laughable and there is a reason for it. There is no culture, and there are no values. The receptionist was the nicest person in the entire office, and he looked scared out of his skin most of the time. The men (myself included) are treated like Kings and the women as second-class citizens. You have no idea what customer service is and treat your employees/customers terribly.

Over my 1.5 years at that office, I witnessed racist, derogatory, bullying, hostile and lawsuit-worthy behavior from all areas of the organization. I am in awe that you are still in operation and recognized by the BBB. The best thing I ever did was bide my time and keep my head down until I could find another position in a professional/successful environment.
