    Pros

    Insurance is fair but high priced
    Provides educational assistance but may not reimburse the cost at the full rate.
    Do not have to punch a time clock so being late is not an issue.

    Cons

    Fail to follow company policy unless it suites their purpose at the time.
    Their maintenance philosophy is based on quantity and not quality.
    Fail to back managers unless they are at the corporate level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get out and look at more than the paper work and see the real result of your maintenance programs.

    Pros

    Small Portfolios easy to manage and not get lost and become just a number. Opprotunity for growth is minimal. It is a great place for resume building purposes only and not career unless you are coming in at the Senior Level.

    Cons

    They don't really do much. Holiday Parties are bland. The pay is not competitive at all. Systems are outdated, learn as much as you can and get out asap!

    Act like you know your fellow collegues.

    Good benefits, great paid time off.

    They were not interested in anyone who wanted to get additional training and move up in the company.

    Good people are hard to find and people who treat your company as their own are rare. Train those who want to move up and remain in your company and you might have better success.

    Salary is low compared to similar positions at other firms
    Work load is not distributed evenly
    No bonuses

    Provides a fair benefits package and regular work

    Cons

    Rely on 1 or 2 well trained individuals to train individuals hired to positions they are unqualified for the position they are filling. They expect the individuals to become knowledgeable within a short time with only hands on training. They also fail to enforce their on company policies.

    Hire qualified personnel and provide a standardised training program for entry level personne

    Good benefits and flexible with time when needed.

    Cons

    Worked for the company over 20years and the pay reflects more of someone who just hired on. Employees are WAY TOO OFTEN overlooked for raises. Discouraged by management to inquire to HR about salary.

    Review all employees' salaries that have been with the company 20plus years to see if it competes with todays market...then be honest and compensate accordingly.

    Large professional company, good benefits.

    Cons

    Way too many forms and reporting procedures. Managers do not support administrative staff and are hired/fired/transferred leaving the admins in the wake of the mess.
