It's hard to feel honest about what you are doing working for this company

Internet Marketing Coach (Current Employee) Lehi, UT

ProsIt's a nice office building and it's fun working with other people that are trying to start their own businesses on the side.

ConsIt's a horrible feeling talking to someone on the phone that tells you that they have put their entire life savings into purchasing consulting, and you know what the success rate is of the program. I worked there for over a year, spoke to hundreds of clients, and to my knowledge and recollection, only 3 made a decent income (more than 30k a year). I worked in the website consulting, so maybe the other programs had a higher success rate, but what I was doing felt horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop selling to anyone with a credit card.

Not very innovative and slow to move to new technology

Business Systems Analyst (Former Employee) Newtown Square, PA

ProsThe work hours were from 9 to 5. People respond to your emails quickly. Opportunity to travel to many different countries of the world (more for the business/member support than for IT).

ConsThings at PMI moved very slowly and that may be typical of the non-profit organization. They were also slow to adhere to new methodologies and processes. Although individuals responded quickly to email request I found that the organization as a whole moved slowly to take advantage of new technologies/processes and procedures. Requesting time off was not a problem. For a world class organization I felt they should have been up to date with the use of technology

    Great environment, all Asian office

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Pudong, Shanghai (China)

ProsFriendly team. Great Human Resources. Medium sized company. A lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. Make quality products. A lot of outside company sponsored events.

ConsPMI Shanghai is an all Asian office. It is a totally different culture over there. Many teams you work on projects by yourself.

Advice to Senior ManagementEveryone is friendly and helpful. CO workers helped a lot in getting me acclimated to PMI. Keep up the good work.

This place is for young kids!!!!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent Benefits and relaxed place to work. The workbees all feel the same, no promotions based on performance. And they had the nerve to try to apply for "BEST PLACES TO WORK".......COME ON MAN!!!!!

ConsUnless you are kissing someones a** you will not be promoted. Promotions are not about what you know and your overall performance, its based upon WHO you know.

Advice to Senior Managementwhats the point

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
