Pros
Lots of room for creativity, fun people to work with, GREAT work life balance, management eager to accommodate employee needs for success
Cons
smaller company, not much room for growth, pretty flat, location is not that great if you are young and want a fun place to live or a short commute from somewhere fun.
Advice to Senior Management
more emphasis on individual contribution in a team environment, increase technological knowledge among employees, challenge employees to do aim for success.
