    Pros

Had a great immediate manager, until they felt threatened and went into self protection mode.

    Cons

Everyone is in it for themselves. Very few people in management roles actually seem to think about the company as a whole

    Advice to Management

    Start again

    Pros

There any many great people who work at PMP, many who have been in the industry for years and so have a lot of knowledge. There are alot of businesses so you get diversity and opportunities to move to other businesses.

    Cons

It is a large company so if you are under the wrong or bad manager your experience may not be as good as senior management are dependent on what their managers say to them.

    Advice to Management

Review middle management as there are many that are affecting the culture and peoples job satisfaction and overall job performance.
