I have been working at PMS full-time

    Pros

Hard-working colleagues who care about the patients

    Cons

Management piles unreasonable amounts of work on staff. When staff asked for more time to do it, they are told to quit whining or go work somewhere else. I have never seen anything like this! The turnover is so high in Rio Rancho - among every level of employee. Management there treats staff so badly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees and listen to them!

The pay is not the best, but the benefits & superb team of co-workers/colleagues and management make up for it.

    I worked at PMS

    Pros

The pay and benefits are good. You will be treated well and provided opportunities for personal growth. Time-off is flexible and easy to obtain.

    Cons

The communication from the corporate office is lacking. Employees often are not aware of changes that have been made that effect thier job. Important information is passed along from person to person so you are not sure if you are getting the correct info.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communication throughout the company. Also, the computer system is outdated and difficult to use. A streamlined system will result in more effeicint employees.
