PNC Financial Reviews
-
Pros
Peers are quite supportive so you learn your work pretty quick. If you keep a low profile you have a good time. Big mouth and you have yourself in lots of trouble.
Cons
Lots of petty talk and gossip among managers and supervisors. You screw up something and people are whispering about you not approaching you on how to handle it. No room for growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Bring out the best in your employees. Many are just sitting ducks for lack of training or support.
