    Pros

Managers care about career progression/growth of employees.

    Cons

Weaker compensation justified by cost of living in PA and work/life balance (which is sometimes non existent).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Gone are the days of employees staying at one company for 30 years. If you want talent to stay, compensation and approach will have to change to keep up with the times.

I worked at PNC Financial Services Group full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Bank hours are great, holidays off, health benefits, 401k option

    Cons

Awful management in Elizabeth City location, unprofessional. I hope this isnt a reflection on the whole company. Very stale environment with little traffic most likely due to the employees lack of enthusiasm for job. I was hired for new position of Universal Branch Consultant and was sold on the "opportunity" to make money due to it being a sales position. If you are looking to make some money and work with nice, professional people, this is not the location for you.
