  • The company hired a new VP for the call center, who is making come great changes to the environment (in 4 reviews)

  • Decent pay, some fun activities occasionally, great co-workers (in 3 reviews)

Cons
  • A couple of the managers in the call center might need to go (in 11 reviews)

  • I've only encountered to nice supervisors on the customer service side Yann and Kay who are two of the nicest people I met overall at Pods (in 5 reviews)

    Pros

    Income potential is great if you have sales and customer service experience in a call center environment. Flexibility to work from home.

    Cons

    None that I could think of at the moment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great training.
