    Great company, not flexible work culture, very conservative

    ProsThey provide good job security since their business model is quite stable. But the industry is getting under severe competition as Chinese companies are rushing.

    ConsTheir culture is pretty much old style. If you are not used to it, it would be really difficult to suit yourself in the corporate culture

    Good international exposure in the Steel Industry while working in the domestic market

    ProsThe company offers a vast range of Steel products to deal with. No matter which country you may be working in, the HQ supports and understands the needs of its customers well.
    They also come up with best researches in the field of steel making.
    Great company to work in the steel industry.

    ConsThe only motivation for overseas employees is the company's profile. The HR policies of overseas offices and locations should be structured to fit in the local needs.

    Pros- POSCO has a lot of hard worker people.
    - The people are so friendly and warm.
    - A lot of social activities.
    - POSCO has made some contribution for the society.
    - The technology that used in POSCO are very modern.

    Cons- The employee usually work overtime.
