Pros – Original premis was good and the people were smart and committed to making the program work. Great opportunity to help build a program to service our primary care community.
Cons – Government organization and therefore very bureaucratic. The physcians were, at times, extremely difficult to deal with and did not value the program. Leadership lost sight of goal.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – When you are working with a good manager, things are great. The people are good and talented people.
Cons – The sharks, not many there, but the ones that are there have very sharp teeth.
Advice to Senior Management – POSP got rid of a lot of good people because of sharks and politics. Focus on serving the clients and not internal interests to make look like things are happening.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Contract work is flexible and paid very well. Autonomy assured.
Cons – Contract organization. Continuity an issue. Program changes constantly. Volume of work inconsistant and never close to what was promised.
Advice to Senior Management – It is difficult to build momentum and loyalty with a contract-based organization.
