    Pros

Good management; multiple businesses under one roof; stability - plus good opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

Little bit of an old school mentality

    Advice to Management

Don't promote on senority but on skills. Be a little more risky in pursuing growth & opportunities. Don't turn your back on the businesses that got you here.

    Pros

Depending on if you have a good manager or not, there is room for growth and networking within the company.

    Cons

Old facilities, not always respected if you are a contractor, focus is too much on safety rather than developing products.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring contractors, hire permanent employees. Allow people to go outside the box, instead of just doing things the way they have been done in the past.
