    Pros

PPMSI is a family oriented company. It is supportive of family and is aware what it takes in times of family illnesses or upsets. New CEO as of 2014 she is a wonderful leader and is moving the company in the right direction.

    Cons

They do not have any kind of advancement training.

    Advice to Management

Team building to help instill pride in some of the more repetitive/mondane jobs.

I have been working at PPMSI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good location for mid peninsula commute

    Cons

Poor communication and very low morale. This company provides no training. Customer service is horrible and they don't have the capital to invest in the company itself. The organizations infrastructure is over 30 years old and limits innovation and opportunity. They hire more management positions than regular employees that are incompetent. If you ever thought about what a prison experience would be like that's what you should expect.

    Advice to Management

Hire competent people and run the organization as a business not the old school boys club mentality

    Pros

gives time for family life and little slower paced - people coan be friendly at times

    Cons

career advancements are subjective, being in good books of senior managers, there is confusion between whether UK or Mumbai should decide, recognition seems to one sided

    Advice to Management

be opne and be professional, do not encourage hangers
