    Pros

My recruiter is friendly and flexible with communication. The process from application to securing a contract was easy which is important when juggling a current contract and the logistics of relocation.

    Cons

As with all travel companies there is no paid time off and the benefits are more expensive than what I previously had at a permanent position.

    Pros

I loved my recruiter!!! And travel benefits/compensation were better than most companies. Unfortunately, the bottom dropped out of therapy travel jobs and the company changed their focus...

    Cons

No longer doing therapy staffing in Skilled Nursing setting.
