Some good times and some terrible times.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsMeeting a lot of people and becoming more outgoing.

ConsWaiting a year before being offered a .25 cent raise. No benefits until after 6 months of employment.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's not called People Recycling Center for nothing. Do more to retain great employees and weed out the bad more efficiently. I was the best salesman on the floor and I got treated like the new guy that just walked in. Show appreciation.

    DirecTV Sales

Sales Representative (Former Employee) Colorado Springs, CO

ProsGood money, commission for selling the NFL sunday ticket was put on a separate visa gift card sent to your home every week.

ConsVery sales oriented, if 3 out of 5 calls weren't sales they'd send you home with no pay. This prompted people to do illegal things to boost their numbers. Also when hired your told you get free DirecTV service which is a lie. You have to work there at least 6 months and be at one of the top ranked in stats in order to get discounted services. They also encouraged us to lie to the customers and assure them of one thing when in reality they were getting something totally different.

Enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the job, however politics play too heavy a role in this company.

Inbound Support (Current Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsJob is always changing, and you learn a great deal about SEM.

ConsLow pay, little opportunity to earn commissions. No job security. Politics is king.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe fair to employees and pay them what they own

Overall, for kids straight out of high school or that need a gig while going to college, not for career oriented people

Tele Service Representative (Former Employee) Cutler Bay, FL

ProsCommission if doing sales, flexible dress, different random prize incentives, discounts at various vendors, semi- flexible schedule

ConsUnreasonable break and lunch times, antiquated computers and headphones, some unprofessional staff, unreliable HR team, expendable attitude from management towards employees

Advice to Senior ManagementWith their recent takeover by Alorica, hopefully some changes were made. If not, learn that your employees are your biggest asset and without them, your company cannot run efficiently. Promote more opportunities for growth for qualified individuals vs promoting based on comraderie and favoritism.

    horrible

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsPrc is only good to work for money purposes. And that is about it. they also do have a friendly environment.

ConsPrc has a high turn over rate for employees getting hired and fired very quickly. herefore it's not a good place to work for.

Advice to Senior Managementsome advice and feedback for leadership would be to make sure to train their employees properly before going out on the floor.

Changed life forever and not in a good way.

FedEx Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Durant, OK

ProsThe pay is pretty decent. But considering the amount of bull crap you have to put with is not worth it
Great for single college who dont have a life.

ConsUpper management picks favorites and if your not on your screwed.
There is only so far you can advance.
And never quit w/o a two week notice b/c they will continually black ball you and make you miss out on a lot of new job opportunities!

Advice to Senior ManagementStop showing favoritism and tell people the truth. Stop recruiting innocent college kids with the promise of a GREAT career!
