I have been working at PRGX Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Stability, highly flexible schedule, relatively low stress, opportunity for advancement and family friendly. You are permitted to keep your own schedule as long as you keep up with assignments and log your hours fully.

    Cons

Higher pressure at certain times of year; work can become monotonous at times, depending on the project to which you're assigned. Minimal opportunities for advancement if working at a satellite office or on-site with a client.

    Advice to Management

Provide greater opportunities for personal growth, and engagement with employees. Somewhat top heavy management structure; Noticeable inability of top management to find profitable lines of new business or avenues to grow the business organically. Core business is growing slowly, on the verge of stagnating.

    Pros

Sometimes, the commission checks were nice. People were nice to work with. Good benefits including paid time off.

    Cons

Commission plans changed every 2 years or so. Last plan I was on was a Socialist system where they lumped a bunch of offices into one pool. Our office made and exceeded big numbers for over a year and because another office in a different part of the country did not make their numbers, we did not get commission for most of a year. They also did shady things like throwing in extra expenses from audits that were not in our revenue pool, which made us not get commission for several months. We were not privy to the line item detail in how the commission was tallied, so in my opinion, they were always pulling shenanigans with the numbers.

I have been working at PRGX Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Compensation is competitive, but that's about it.

    Cons

All I.T. workers are admins and engineers, but no managers. But there are plenty of I.T. directors managing very small groups (less than 5 people). The company invests very little in an aging and problematic infrastruture, putting systems and client services at risk. Closed door policy. No career advancement, no training, i.T. is stagnant.

    Advice to Management

Internal audit of complete I.T. department from external auditing firm is highly recommended.

Management lacks Vision to retain talent. All work Off-Shore

I worked at PRGX Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits: Several health insurance options and time-off policies are better than most. Promotions are frequent within the company. Additional training/classes and opportunities for certifications are offered to many employees.

    Cons

The work can be boring at times. Although promotions are given, financial compensation doesn't always match the employees titles and skill-sets. Some departments experience high volume and overtime is often required.
