Junior Designer

Junior Designer (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

I worked at PSA International

ProsAmazing medical benefits, good company to work for, green design, large company, opportunity to see other building types, ok vacation time

Constoo large of a company for individuals with genuine design talent, not a lot of room for promotion within the office, little recognition or appreciation, long hours

Advice to Senior Managementrecognize individual talent within the office, recognize when employees are being burt out doing the same repetitive tasks, allow for more movement between design groups

Stable, relatively high salary

Associate (Current Employee)
Singapore (Singapore)

I have been working at PSA International full-time for more than a year

ProsStable, relatively high salary. Fast progression as the company is expanding in Singapore

ConsNature of company is limited - container logistics. If you don't mind seeing containers everyday, then it may be a good choice.
Similarly, PSA offers challenging work but may not have much relevance to other industries in the job market due to the niche nature of work.

Advice to Senior ManagementCulture used to be harsher and very much driven by KPI, but changing for the better.
