    Pros

Amazing medical benefits, good company to work for, green design, large company, opportunity to see other building types, ok vacation time

    Cons

too large of a company for individuals with genuine design talent, not a lot of room for promotion within the office, little recognition or appreciation, long hours

    Advice to Management

recognize individual talent within the office, recognize when employees are being burt out doing the same repetitive tasks, allow for more movement between design groups

    Pros

Very good starting pay for fresh grads. Comes with a few hundred dollars more of monthly incentives for those in Operations (shift work) and IT (24/7 standby). Quarterly they give out bits of incentive too, and NTUC vouchers occasionally. Benefits come in the form of flexi-points. Chinese is the default language in many places in the company, so might be a pro or con depending on you.

    Cons

With more pay comes more work. The amount of work given to you simply requires you to OT or continue at home. When you have tor report to multiple project managers, managing their expectations becomes a tedious task by itself. When it comes to training, you are given the opportunity to choose the courses you want to go, only to see it cancelled and replaced by another course dictated by your boss. Limited opportunities in IT. Most of the higher management and in fact mid-management are filled with people that have been here for decades. So either you are such a high flyer that the company will CREATE a position for you, otherwise good luck to you. Some people can be stuck at the same position for close to a decade. Management are scared to introduce new technology. Experiments by younger staff receive discouragement most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Do you know many of you employees couldn't wait to leave the company, only to be stopped by the high pay package? At this rate, PSA will be big, but never great.

    Pros

Good bonus Good friendship and family oriented provided you still work inside Good culture with retreats and a lot of smart folks Good process and workflow which all newbies are cultured to learn

    Cons

Long Hours despite change in official HR working hours Everything is urgent by tomorrow if you work for wrong manager, once the trick is up, it will be by the day after tomorrow Meeting at weird timings like lunch break, first/last thing of the day Hardly have time to interact/meeting with managers since their meeting is from sunrise to sunset Needs to be capable to handle stress and load

    Advice to Management

Spend time and effort to nurture new roots who can perform rather than insisting to groom old timer who can no longer promote.
