I worked at PSCU full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits and lots of employee perks. Great trainers

    Cons

High call volume without enough coverage of staff to handle calls. Poor PTO policy. PTO must be submitted at least two weeks prior to date requested. If outside two week window, must be approved my upper management. If unapproved, which it usually is under two weeks due to service level forecast, employee must find a person to swap shifts in order to get day off. If you work a saturday or sunday shift and that's the day you need, forget it.

    I worked at PSCU

    Pros

    Good benefits, facilities are nice.

    Cons

Organization is dysfunctional. Management doesn't know the direction of the company and is very inconsistent with their actions. It appears management is selected on tenure rather than skill set and the ability to communicate is not a qualification.

I have been working at PSCU full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good PTO, good healtcare, and an on site gym

    Cons

Many re-orgs, management is disconnected between the sites, no real view for advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't harbour a feeling of no walls between buildings then only leave decisions and upper management in Florida.

I worked at PSCU full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits if needed; health, dental. 401 K matched by company. PTO is 2 weeks from start; increases with length of employment. Customer Service oriented; fellow employees some of the nicest people I have ever worked with.

    Cons

Attendance requirements are not flexible due to nature of business (call center). Sitting in a cubicle attached to a headset can become monotonous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your Call Center Supervisors. Too much discrepancy between supervisors and how they interact with employees.

I have been working at PSCU full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free Fruit!!! There are no Pros to a job that will not pay you according to the cost of living.

    Cons

The pay is horrible, 11.06 per hour!!! and mandatory overtime, and they will not work with you on scheduling. And the Medical Benefits cost is unaffordable, once you pay for all the benefits, your check is only about $600 every 2wks. I would not recommend this company to friend or foe!!! It's a depressed environment, most people are miserable here. THE JOB SUCKS!!!! And Management, stop posting fake reviews about how great this job is because it's not. PAY YOUR PEOPLE!!!! BUNCH OF SUCK UPS ON HERE!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Words to management, if you want to retain good talent, pay people a living wage!!! Minimum wage has gone up to $10 per hour. You need to at least pay $12.84-14 per hour. a lot of your employees are getting bridge cards because they can't afford anything else after they try to pay their bills out of that sorry check. Can't wait to find a new job!!!, it's 2014 don't you get it!!! And they don't tell you the truth when they're hiring you, they tell you your schedule is going to 9-6 and you have something totally different. You have to work every saturday and sunday until the next shift bid, which is based on your performance not your seniority. Can't stand this place, I'm online everyday looking for another job.
