I worked at PVH Corp. full-time

    Pros

Great benefits. Great training opportunities and ways to get involved and give back to the community.

    Cons

It seems the company is too big at times. Can be micromanaged with certain managers. Although their training program specifically discourages that. I would advise against having a manager that has been with the company for years and years. They don't require new training often for old managers.

    Advice to Management

Require yearly training for every manager to make sure they practice what you are preaching in the training courses.
