    Pros

    Flexible working hours, Good inter-department communication. High pressure environment. Good learning environment.

    Cons

    Entry level employees medical cover very little, little to no investment in teaching employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend a bit more in teaching supply chain personnel.

    Pros

    I was a production supervisor at Greece. there were Interesting projects, good skills assessment matrix, some of the people had a lot of knowledge and the overall target for production processes were quite clear

    Cons

    Medium company that wanted to become big but without knowing how to implement it (in terms of production practices), a lot of silo culture, politics and sometimes the work life balance was getting out of hand.There was absolutely no training only learn as you go

    Less vertical approach in management, less politics and better training to the employees

    Pros

    Solid training platform for middle managers
    Great cultural values the CAN-DO attitude.
    Flexibility to work in any locations ( factory or head office ) as long as the result is there.
    Acknowledge performers and rewards them accordingly.

    Cons

    Business system is largely still finding its way lots of things needs to be done manually
    Too many priorities at the same time - jack of all trades mentality
    Meeting deathtrap, too many meeting while fewer things gets done

    Focus focus focus, need to keep your head and actions where the value are
    Shed SKU's that are not performing, invest on winning brands and reduce complexity

    vertical management system, unclear procedures, low pay, a lot of politics involved. wanted results but was not interested to improve process

    Pros

    Working with internationally recognised brands, new excellently appointed offices, good employee benefits and HR policies such as flexible working and gym membership. Innovative product development and investment in R&D

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, management by committee, slow moving decision making, late adopters of new media, risk averse and cautious with new ways of working, lack of transparency in employee grades and salaries.

    I doubt they would use it.
