Former Employee – worked at Pacific Architects & Engineers full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – It was better than unemployment. Paid holidays.
Cons – Lockheed sold PAE because it has trouble getting paid and being profitable. Execs take 1st class flights while people work nights/weekends doing tasks most companies use computer systems to accomplish. Future is dwindling as the US leaves the Middle East and DOS constantly finds problems with invoices.
Advice to Senior Management – Linday Goldberg should get rid of the things that are bleeding money and restructure it to make it a profitable and healthy workplace. Why does one company have 3+ CFOs?
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Pacific Architects & Engineers
Pros – Good people, there's nothing else I can think about
Cons – Chaotic processes, lack of communication, no encouragement of initiative. Had many ideas to improve processes to streamline work flow, not approved under various excuses. Lots of work is senseless re-doing of the same mundane task because corporate requirements change weekly, if not daily.
Advice to Senior Management – Organize the work flow and streamline the process, take care of your employees do not overwork them.

Pros – the basic reason was the project it was a defence project in a highly secure location and one of the first project of PAE in india
Cons – i believe as it was the first project in in india PAE could not make firm decision or set up a trend though we completed the project on time still we would have performed better
Advice to Senior Management – should try to establish globally

Former Employee – worked at Pacific Architects & Engineers full-time
Pros – good resume builder, good professional experience, some good colleagues, office locations are okay too dispersed all over, good benefits and pay for OCONUS employees
Cons – horrible office environment, inconsistent salaries, inconsistent operating procedures, managers and directors not "in touch" with employees, lack of planning, horrible financial responsibility and planning
Advice to Senior Management – Start caring about your employees. The hit turn-around is a direct result from you not caring about the employees who actually do amazing work and word hard. Take responsibility for your lack of planning and stop wasting so much company $$ on pointless travel to expensive locations for supposed "conferences"
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
