    Work indenpendly. Meeting new clients daily, receiving continuous training

    Cons

    Commission base pay, long hours, extensive travel hence high gas bill

    Pros

    It was a decent learning experience.

    Cons

    No personal growth no matter how hard you work, pay rates were low, and depending on your job title/function you either have too much work or not enough work.

    Advice to Management

    Management never seem to be on the same page.
