    Pros

Good hours, and chance to increase my pay based on personal performance.

    Cons

No paid time off, and horrible benefit options.

    Advice to Management

They change upper managment too often.

    Pros

Great palm springs property, needs to be updated, pleasant co workers, can't beat the pool area in spring and fall.

    Cons

I was hoping that Diamond would take over the running of our resort but it is the same old management which doesn't care about the employees or the resort. We get low wages, they work the managers to death and no help from the upper managers.

    Advice to Management

Let Diamond take full charge of the resort, they may care more than you.

I worked at Pacific Monarch Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great employees, easy to get to work, free health insurance, flexible schedule, can wear what ever I wanted

    Cons

Confusing rules, terrible boss, even more horrible was my bosses boss, HR director is unreasonable and makes things up if she doesn't like you, I have seen really good employees fired for no reason except not agreeing.

    Advice to Management

Change some of the corporate bosses and the human resourses manager, they are unreasable. Listen to employees. Pay employees here more, they work really hard and no one thanks them for there hard work.

A company that constantly appears to be teetering on the edge of ethics.

    Pros

location, work schedule flexibility, casual atmosphere

senior management seems to be out of touch with the needs of employees or unable to improve morale, lack of communication at all levels within the company, no training or advancement opportunities

Value employees, communicate better, deal honestly with employees and consumers, improve morale by doing more things for the employees during these tough economic times.
