ProsGreat people, perks and corporate culture. Exposure to Fortune 500/1000 clients and sophisticated training projects. Hardwork and success is acknowledged and rewarded.

ConsProjects can be very high-profile and thus high stress. The company operates with a sense of urgency so one must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Clarity Consultants provides amazing opportunities, but drops the ball once the engagement is underway.

ProsExcellent connections to leading companies for amazing engagements and contracts

ConsConsultants feel abandoned once the engagement is underway and Clarity is receiving their money

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on the relationship and communication between consultants and Clarity DURING the projects. We only hear from the client services manager when it is time to renew the contract or when the client is mad - never for a check-in or an pat on the back for good work provided.
