    Conscompetition is tough, other companies doing what you do a lot better and easier for referral sources

    ProsIndependent job. Perform an important service to patients.

    ConsManagement does not manage their branches. A GM runs everything from a far, with no input from employees. No performance reviews. Must be very self motivated due to no feedback from management.

    Advice to Senior ManagementConduct performance reviews annually to learn about your employees' strengths and areas of opportunity.

    It's All About Management

    ConsBenefits are skimpy

    The company did not plan for reimbursement cuts and is now trying to figure out how to operate profitably. The company brought in a number of new senior managers to save the business but they had no industry experience and made a great many mistakes which did a a lot of damage to the company.

    High turnover, lack of teamwork, distrust of senior management.

    Bad company to work for. Liars

    ProsThe pros are that the tech are good people but upper management was just trying to treat employees and patients bad. they only care if medicare gets on to them and they are in trouble with the feds.

    ConsCompany is in trouble so they don't know what to do but lie and screw you. no chance of advancement and training was bad.

    ProsGreat Senior Management, decent pay, paid holidays, bonuses, Good benefits, friendly co-workers. Training was always there to answer questions if you had one.

    ConsNeed a better training program, understanding Medicare is a process that needs to be longer than a webex session. Revenue and R3 are not always on the same page with what is acceptable and what is not.

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the employee recognition that was started recently throughout the company. It means a lot to employees when it comes from people higher than their direct manager. A weekly newsletter to everyone explaining how centers or team members are being successful would work. Some people have best practices that should be shared to all.
