Cons

-Nichey space, so growth is slow.

Pros

- smart people with good interactivity
- interesting work most of the time
- good, central location with easy access to both sides of the bay.

Cons

- there is definitely some favoritism, but not always obvious.
- sometimes communications are not very open, esp. close to deadlines
- deadlines are somewhat arbitrarily set

Advice to Senior Management

- pay more attention to feeback from engineers
- if you want to show favoritism, be more discreet about it
