    I worked at Pacnet full-time

    Pros

Did not experience any major pro's

    Cons

Roles will be far larger than discussed at the interviews, many staff have left or lost their jobs due to merge of different brother and sister companies in 2012 and 2013. Not a warm place, offices drab and looks like the receivers have been in to clean up. Staff not communicating, just a ghost town feeling, odd place. Asian culture due to head office being in Singapore and Hong Kong, so a real asian click there, not very friendly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more up front about history of the company as far as job losses, and future risks. Also do something to make people feel welcome and part of something special. It feels like the office at the end of the world.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
