Pros
- Good working environment
- Good work benefits
Cons
- Company not competitive with market
Advice to Senior Management
Falling behind
Pros
Good skill advancement
Good team environment, built though close relationships
a massive, world wide network to work on
friendly staff.
Cons
Poor senior management & direction
Useless / Pointless KPI's
Poor remuneration
No/little career development.
Petty culture in office and from HR
Poor package (inc. health)
Office environment, even less than 12 months old is poor.
Advice to Senior Management
Get a new management team.
Try and lead the market at something, base KPI's and products on something real, not just picking a number of products that need to be released each quarter. A product that isn't sold is useless.
Pros
It's a small company, meaning you could get more attention from senior management in here than in other established enterprises.
Cons
It's a small company, meaning you have to figure out different processes for projects that hadn't been done before and deal with many of your colleagues who don't know how to respect others in a more and more complex setting.
Advice to Senior Management
The company is getting bigger and the business is growing fast. So maybe it's time to gradually re-fine existing work-force.
Pros

Cons

. Product Managers should have autonomy in product development, measured by P&L
. Put everyone on OTE and realistic measureable KPI
Pros
I cannot think of any things that is good except that it is a ideal place to pick up new skills and ever changing technology, good for those who are young and willingly to spend many hours working every day.
Cons
slowly slowly you will hate your mobile and job due to too many faults and standby duty.
workload are not balanced within team and department.
too many office politics going and difficult to get work done across different team smoothly.
Advice to Senior Management
