Pros – The combination of the professionalism and the culture. They are very flexible with time but expect and complete great work.
Cons – Padgett Business Services does get busy around the late winter, early spring time due to the tax season. Small accounting practices may not be a fit for everyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Move out of California. The state is going to default on its debt and steal the money of the those with wealth.
