“Working at Padgett Stratemann & Co.”
I have been working at Padgett Stratemann LLP
Pros – Good way to gain experience after college. Good comradery among employees.
Cons – The annual review process is highly political. If you do many things right, but one thing wrong, you may loose your job at the most, or lose your chance at a promotion, and have to leave the firm to advance your career.
Advice to Senior Management – Give employees a chance to speak-up during the annual review process and make the annual review a motivational tool.

“Okay but reason I'm gone.”
I worked at Padgett Stratemann LLP
Pros – Good first job, learned a lot on the job.
Cons – No respect or room for advancement in IT.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating your employees like replaceable meat and offer them starting salaries that actually make sense. I knew I was leaving ASAP on day one.
